Camp Payments & Fundraisers

We are beyond excited that you have signed up for summer youth camp 2025 at Camp Eagle in Rocksprings, TX. This summer’s camp will be Monday, July 7 - Saturday, July 12 and the total cost will be $560. It is going to be an incredible week of fun and adventure together.

We know $560 is a lot of money, so we have set up payment dates and planned fundraisers to help you reach that goal. The NextGen staff will be sending you reminders of payment due dates and fundraisers over the next several months to help everyone stay on track.

The payment due dates break up the cost of camp into eight $70 payments that can either be paid or fundraised. It is important to make payments on time, because GSCC is obligated to make payments to the camp on certain dates. Payments GSCC makes to Camp Eagle are non-refundable. In the event that a student is unable to attend camp, every effort will be made to find another student to fill the spot, but no refunds can be guaranteed.

We have planned fundraisers to help you earn the money needed for each payment. Fundraising opportunites for each month are listed below and will be announced in youth on Sundays and Wednesdays and will be displayed on the board across the hall from the restrooms in the main building. You can also email nextgen@gsccconnect.com if you are needing information about the current fundraiser. It is the student’s responsibility to be aware of fundraising opportunities. All money fundraised will be added to the student’s camp account and will be credited toward payments due. No cash will be paid out to students. In the event that a students is unable to attend, all money fundraised will be rolled over to their account for next year’s camp.
